June has over 20 years working experience in accounting, working for companies in fields as diverse as life assurance and investments, and the construction industry.
June has recently completed ACCA’s (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business, further extending her knowledge in the accounting profession.

What was your first job?
Working in a Kipper processing factory during the summer holidays at the age of 14.
If you could give a younger version of yourself some advice what would it be?
Take whatever opportunities that come your way.

Spending time with my family
What are your best qualities and worst habits?
The Best is that I retain fine details of information. The worst I would have to say is biting my nails.
Worst job you’ve ever had?
The Kipper factory, it stank!
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I like to spend time with my family
Do you prefer Indian or Chinese food or another cuisine?
I like all cuisines!
Favorite TV programme?
The re-runs of Top of the Pops, on BBC4 showing 1984 at the moment
Favorite holiday destination?
Cornwall as a child, Thailand as an adult.
Favorite meal ?
Steak and chips
Freshly cut grass and freshly baked bread
What is the best invention ever?
Baby wipes. My youngest child is 9, but I am still buying them, they have so many uses.
Have you take the toiletries from hotels when you leave?
Yes, if they are good quality ones
Do you still watch cartoons?
Nothing better than watching cartoon with my Husband and Children.

Don McClean, when he came to the Villa Marina in 1989
Can you change the oil in a car?
If you could time travel, which era would you visit?
I was a young child in the 1980’s, I would like to revisit the 1980’s again as an adult

Kylie by Kylie Minougue in 1988
When was the last time you hand wrote a letter?
I wrote one to my wife only the other week. A simple message left for someone to discover can generate a special kind of magic that can be felt deep in the heart.
